Kortexa is a knowledge and professional productivity platform designed to help users organize their experience and knowledge and transform it into useful professional outputs.
Kortexa may include AI-assisted features.
Users are responsible for:
Users retain ownership of content they upload to Kortexa, subject to the rights necessary for Kortexa to provide the service.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them professionally.
Kortexa does not guarantee that any proposal, content, document or other output will result in:
Kortexa is an independent product.
Kortexa is not owned, operated or endorsed by Upwork.
Upwork is a third-party platform and trademark of its respective owner.
Kortexa does not guarantee employment, contracts, interviews or earnings through Upwork.
Users are responsible for complying with Upwork's own terms, policies and rules.
Users must not use Kortexa to:
Kortexa's software, branding, interface, design, trademarks, documentation and underlying technology remain the property of Kortexa or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of their submitted content subject to the service requirements described above.
Kortexa may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, AI processing, analytics, authentication and other infrastructure.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Payments may be processed through Cashfree or other authorized payment providers.
Kortexa does not directly store full payment card information unless explicitly stated.
Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's own terms.
Kortexa aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:
Kortexa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Users may cancel their subscription in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kortexa and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kortexa's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount actually paid by you to Kortexa for the service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Kortexa may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
