Is KIA unlimited?
Yes. KIA conversations are unlimited across Free, Pro and Power. KIA works with the relevant knowledge you've stored in Kortexa to help you understand your experience and opportunities.
How many Upwork proposals can I create?
Free: 5 / month. Pro: 20 / month. Power: 40 / month — personalized Upwork proposals per month.
What's the difference between Monthly, Quarterly and Annual?
Monthly provides maximum flexibility. Quarterly provides approximately 17% savings compared with monthly billing. Annual provides 25% savings compared with monthly billing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancellation prevents future renewal — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Subscription Billing
- Paid Kortexa plans are subscription-based unless otherwise stated.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed every month.
- Quarterly subscriptions are billed once every 3 months.
- Annual subscriptions are billed once every year.
- The applicable price will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
- Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout where required.
- Cashfree will process payments through the payment methods available at checkout.
4. Free Plan
- Kortexa may provide a free plan with limited functionality and usage.
- The free plan does not require a paid subscription unless the user chooses to upgrade.
- Kortexa may modify free-plan limits or features in the future.
5. Price Changes
Kortexa may change its pricing, plans, features or usage limits from time to time. Changes will not affect a payment that has already been successfully completed for the applicable billing period.
Where applicable, users will be informed of material changes to recurring subscription pricing before the changed price is charged.
6. Taxes
Applicable taxes, including GST where required under Indian law, may apply to purchases and subscriptions. The applicable amount will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
