Kortexa uses AI processing to organize your knowledge and generate outputs. Content may be transmitted to AI infrastructure providers strictly to deliver the requested functionality.

Your workspace content is not used to train public AI models.

Payments may be processed through Cashfree or other authorized payment providers. Payment details are handled by the payment provider under their own privacy policy and security standards. Kortexa does not directly store full payment card information.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, payments, AI processing, analytics and authentication, or where required by law.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and content by contacting support.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
